Geumga Plaza in tvN's 2021 'Vincenzo' is this building. Built in 1968 as Korea's first mixed-use residential complex, it carries enough age that the drama wrote it as slated for demolition, and the shot of the Geumga family walking out in all-black suits was taken right in front. Most of the Geumga Plaza scenes were filmed in the Cheonggye section of the Sewoon complex.
