Camp Market in Bupyeong, Incheon, a filming spot for SEVENTEEN's 2021 music video 'Ready to Love.' Once a Japanese arsenal and later a US military base, its exotic scenery has become a K-pop filming hotspot since the site opened.

  • Camp Market

    인천광역시 부평구 경원대로 1299 (산곡동)

The unfamiliar, foreign-looking backdrop of SEVENTEEN's 2021 'Ready to love' video is B-zone of this former US base. It began as a Japanese army arsenal in the colonial period and was taken over by the US military after liberation, so English signage and American-style buildings remain — which is how the shoot looked overseas without building anything. SHINee shot a photobook in the same zone.

  • Bupyeong History Museum

    인천광역시 부평구 굴포로 151

The place that explains what you were photographing at Camp Market. Through oral histories and exhibits it traces how the Bupyeong Army Arsenal, the largest munitions plant on the peninsula, was taken over by US forces in 1945, became ASCOM City, and ended up as Camp Market. Bupyeong-gu runs a walking tour that links B-zone with this museum.
