After the series aired, these places became pilgrimage spots for travelers to Busan.
Fan spots
Jagalchi Market
부산광역시 중구 자갈치해안로 52
The market where Hansu, the man Sunja loves in Apple TV+'s 'Pachinko', works as a fish broker. The production came to Busan in November 2020 with around 200 crew and shot ten locations over six days; this is one of the few that was a working market, used as it is. Come as the dawn auction winds down and the noise from the show is right there.
Taejongdae
부산광역시 영도구 전망로 24 (동삼동)
One of the ten Busan locations used for 'Pachinko', recorded specifically as the pebble beach at Taejongdae. Sunja's hometown in the story is Yeongdo and the water where she dives as a child is around here, which makes this the character's starting point. You have to go down to the pebble shore below the cliffs to match the angle the show takes.
