  • Mungyeong Saejae Open Set

    경북 문경시 문경읍 새재로 932

A large period set of roughly a hundred Joseon buildings — Gwanghwamun, Gyeongbokgung, government offices, yangban houses. The site was chosen because the ridgelines of Joryeongsan and Juheulsan resemble Songaksan in Kaesong, and Netflix's 'Kingdom', 'The Red Sleeve' and 'Alchemy of Souls' were all shot here. It connects straight to Mungyeongsaejae Provincial Park, so you walk the old mountain pass and step into the set.
